1. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Your request stays pending until staff verifies GCash payment. Only pending bookings can be cancelled online.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% GCash downpayment is required to submit a booking. The remaining balance must be settled before the event or on check-in. Submitting a reference number is not automatic confirmation.

3. Venue Rules

Guests are expected to follow venue rules and regulations. Any damages will be charged to the responsible party.
